        “大气十条”实施以来,全国城市 PM2.5 浓度呈下降趋势,预期能够实现国家规 定的 2017 年空气质量改善目标。若按现有力度措施,北京市 2017 年 PM2.5浓度达到年均 值 60 μg/m3 左右的目标难以实现,同时臭氧(O3)污染迅速抬头。未来两年必须下决心采取 超常规措施破解北京大气污染防治中的若干难点问题,才能突破大气污染治理瓶颈,达到 预定目标。
英文摘要
        In most China cities, fine particulate matter (PM2.5) concentration has decreased after implementation of Air Pollution Prevention and Control Action Plan in past three years, and the goals of overall national air quality improvement listed in the plan is expected to be achieved by 2017. However, the specific goal of that PM2.5 annual concentration in Beijing shall be controlled below 60 micrograms per cubic meter by 2017 is difficult to be accomplished. Meanwhile, ozone (O3) pollution is emerging quickly in Beijing. Regarding the present situation in air pollution in Beijing, a number of extraordinary measures of air pollution prevention and control must be carried out immediately during the next two years.

中科院大气物理所研究员,博士生导师。 1961年出生于北京,理学博士,大气化学专业。国家杰出青年基金 和政府特殊津贴获得者。 Atmospheric Research杂志副主编,最高人民法院环境资源审判咨询专家,北京市人民政府专 家咨询委员会委员。主要从事大气化学与环境研究工作,发表学术论文350篇,创建实验观测技术系统获国家专利16 项,获得国家科技进步奖二等奖3项。研究团队2010年获“中央国家机关五一劳动奖状先进集体”, 2015年获“首都环 境保护奖”。

Wang Yuesi
Professor of Institute of Atmospheric Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (IAP-CAS), was born in 1961 in Beijing. Awarded as the outstanding young scholarship of NSFC, and the special government subsidy from the State Council. Associate editor of the journal Atmospheric Research and Expert consultant of Supreme People’s Court for environmental resources. He is mainly engaged in atmospheric chemistry and environment sciences. He has published more than 350 articles and authorized 16 patents, and won three awards of second class prize of National Science and Technology Progress of China. His research group has been awarded “Advanced group for Labor Award of China’s State organs” in 2010 and “Environmental protection certificate for the capital” in 2015.
