中国特色新型智库建设及其思想传播——以清华大学国情研究院为例

        党的“十八大”以来，国家加快了建设高端智库的步伐，中国智库发展进入“百花齐放，百家争鸣”的时期。清华大学国情研究院作为首批25家国家高端智库建设试点单位之一，经历了从无到有、从小到大的发展历程。文章以清华大学国情研究院为例阐释中国特色新型智库建设及其思想传播，介绍了建国以来中国智库的发展历程，以及清华大学国情研究院的发展过程，并从其研究主题和研究成果两方面介绍思想传播，总结国情研究院作为高校智库的建设和发展经验。智库的发展需要积累，也需要创新，中国智库在研究中国问题上有得天独厚的优势，清华大学国情研究院是很好的实例。

        Ever since the 18th CPC National Congress, China has accelerated construction of China's high-end think tanks. Think tanks in China have entered an era of “encouraging blossoming and contending of all”. As one of the plotting institutes for the goal of building high-end think tanks, the Institute of Contemporary China Studies of Tsinghua University (CCS) has become gradually influential. This paper will take the CCS as a specific example to illustrate the establishment of new think tanks with Chinese characteristics and the spreading of their ideas. There are five parts in this paper. The first part introduces the development process of think tanks after the founding of new China. The second part introduces the three-stage history of CCS. In the third part, the spreading of CCS's ideas is illustrated from two aspects: research subject and research production. The establishment and development experience of CCS as a university think tank is summarized in the fourth part. And the last part concludes that the development of think tanks needs accumulation of efforts and innovation. Chinese think tanks have unique advantages on the research of Chinese issues.
