国立科研机构信息传播管理 现状及发展建议 ——以中国科学院信息传播调查为例

Current Status and Proposals on Information Dissemination in National Scientific Research Institutions: Case study on information dissemination survey of Chinese Academy of Sciences

        信息传播是一项事关国立科研机构科技创新进程的重要工作。 面对信 息社会高速发展的新形势， 国立科研机构的信息传播仍存在战略意识不足、职能 发挥不够的问题。 文章基于信息资源管理理论， 分析了国立科研机构信息传播 工作的现状， 以及国外国立科研机构信息传播管理的成功经验， 提出了国立科研 机构信息传播管理体系模型和发展的对策建议。

        Information dissemination is important for the technological innovation in national scientific research institutions. However, in the new situation of rapid development of information society, there still are insufficient strategic consciousness and incomplete function for the information dissemination. Based on the theory of Information Resource Management, this paper analyzes the current situation of information dissemination in national scientific research institutions and successful experiences of information dissemination management in some foreign national scientific research institutions. Finally, we give some suggestions for the model of management system of information dissemination and strategic development in national scientific research institutions.
