从黄禹锡事件谈科技伦理教育

        2005年,发生在韩国的黄禹锡造假事件震惊了全世界。事件的中"卵子风波"透视出伦理在民族情绪面前的"软弱无力",这一现象值得关注。本文通过分析"卵子风波"过程及韩国各方的反应,探讨了科学与伦理的关系以及科技伦理的使命,认为在以国家利益的名义推进科学技术的时代,通过科技伦理教育,促进和保持对科学技术的伦理反思和保障科学技术的健康发展显得尤为重要。

        In the Hwang Woo-suk Event,the egg procurement scandal exposes the weakness of ethics in the face of nationalist sentiment.The phenomenon deserves great attention.This paper analyzes the historical process of the egg procurement scandal and response of science community,government and the public,then discusses the relation of science and ethics,along with the mission of S&T ethics.In an age of promoting the development of science and technology in the name of national interests,the author believes that it is important to promote and maintain ethics reflection on S&T in order to protect healthy development of S&T through education on S&T ethics.
