        新污染物的防范治理已成为我国打赢环境污染防治攻坚战的重要举措之一。文章重点探讨了新污染物的环境控制技术与政策治理,分析了新污染物的环境传播途径和公共卫生挑战,陈述了当前物理、化学和生物控制技术的进步与局限性。在综合分析国际新污染物控制政策和法规的基础上,文章指出了国内在新污染物治理方面存在的问题和不足,提出了加强我国新污染物环境治理技术与政策研究的建议,旨在为实现管控新污染物环境污染风险、保障生态安全及人类健康提供参考。
英文摘要
        The prevention and management of emerging contaminants (ECs) have become critical measures in China’s battle against environmental pollution. This study focuses on the environmental control technologies and policy governance related to emerging contaminants (ECs), analyzing their environmental pathways and challenges to public health, and highlighting advancements and limitations in current physical, chemical, and biological control technologies. Based on a comprehensive analysis of international policies and regulations on ECs control, the study identifies existing challenges and shortcomings in domestic management. Recommendations are proposed to enhance research on environmental control technologies and policies for ECs in China, aiming to provide insights for mitigating environmental pollution risks, ensuring ecological safety, and protecting human health.
