        科技创新引领是建设现代化农业体系的根本出路,也是建设现代农业大基地、大企业、大产业和实现农业物质装备现代化、科技现代化、经营管理现代化、农业信息化、资源利用可持续化的重要支撑。文章阐释了现代化农业体系主要包括的农业生产体系、产业体系和经营体系的科学概念和逻辑关系,指出保障粮食安全、促进产业融合升级和培育龙头企业是当前的重点任务。基于科技创新视角,我国在建设现代化农业体系过程中仍面临生产体系科技支撑能力弱、产业体系先进科技含量低和经营体系科技应用水平不高的挑战,严重影响科技创新对现代化农业体系建设的核心带动作用。基于此,文章就科技创新引领现代化农业体系建设提出了政策建议。
英文摘要
        Technology innovation is the fundamental solution to build a modern agricultural system, and it is also an important support for building the large base, large enterprise, and large industry of modern agriculture and achieving the modernization of material equipment, technology, management, agricultural informatization, and sustainable resource utilization of agriculture. This paper explains the scientific concepts and logical relationships of the agricultural production system, industrial system and management system, which are the main components of a modern agricultural system. It emphasizes that ensuring food security, promoting industrial integration and upgrading, and cultivating leading enterprises are current key tasks. Nevertheless, from the perspective of scientific and technological innovation, China still faces challenges in the construction of a modern agricultural system, such as weak scientific and technological support capabilities in the production system, low advanced scientific and technological content in the industrial system, and insufficient application of technology in the management system. These challenges severely impact the core driving role of technological innovation in building a modern agricultural system. Some policy suggestions are given to the construction of modern agricultural system by technology innovation.
