        新兴产业是塑造发展新动能、新优势的重要抓手，也是提高我国产业链供应链韧性和安全水平、抢占未来发展主动权的重要保障。文章在研究科技创新引领新兴产业发展的理论基础和现实需求，以及归纳美国、日本、新加坡等国新兴产业创新发展典型做法的基础上，总结我国发展新兴产业面临的困难和问题，并探索提出一系列举措建议，以期为我国新兴产业的未来发展之路提供启示和借鉴。

        The emerging industry is the key to fostering new growth drivers and developing new advantages. It is also an essential guarantee to reinforce the resilience and security of China’s industrial chain and supply chain, and seize the initiative of future development. This study, based on the theoretical foundation and practical needs of “scientific and technological innovation as the driver of developing emerging industries”, summarizes the typical practices of innovation and development of emerging industries in countries including the United States, Japan, and Singapore. In addition, the study identifies the difficulties faced by China in the developing emerging industries, and raises a series of suggestions in order to provide insights and reference for the further development of China’s emerging industries.
