生命健康问题是人类面临的共同挑战，“健康丝绸之路”建设是“一带一路”高质量发展的基础内容和重要组成。“一带一路”沿线国家的经济社会发展水平存在较大差异，在日益复杂严峻的全球生物安全形势下，需要运用系统观念提供科学指导，以全面提升各国医疗卫生条件和国民健康素质。文章针对“健康丝绸之路”建设的现状与面临的挑战，从系统观角度阐述全周期生命健康理念，并提出重点合作方向，指出应通过顶层设计搭建多元合作机制，全面深化科技与经贸领域合作。
英文摘要
Life and health are common challenges faced by mankind, and the building of the Health Silk Road is the fundamental content of the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative. There are great differences in the level of economic and social development of the countries and regions along the Belt and Road. Under the increasingly complex and severe global biosecurity situation, scientific guidance from a systematic perspective is required for comprehensively improving the medical and health conditions and life and health quality of different countries and regions. Aiming at the challenges faced by the building of the Health Silk Road, this study expounds the concept of full-cycle life and health management from a systematic perspective, puts forward the key directions for cooperation, and points out that multiple cooperation mechanisms should be built through top-level design to comprehensively deepen cooperation in science and technology, economy and trade.
