        创新网络建设及创新走廊培育是实现区域创新发展的重要途径。基于1987—2018年专利转让数据,文章分析了黄河流域不同尺度下技术转移网络的时空演变,并提出郑州—洛阳—西安(以下简称“郑洛西”)创新走廊的培育对策。研究发现,流域内技术转移由跨省转移为主转向省内转移为主,省会城市是主要的技术来源地;技术转出网络以西安为主要源地,郑州、青岛、济南等为次要源地;区外技术源地主要位于京津冀、长三角、珠三角城市群,西安、济南、青岛等高能级城市成为主要的技术承接地。研究认为,流域跨省创新网络建设方面应着力构建郑洛西创新走廊,实现不同城市产业技术优势和技术需求的匹配协同,推动郑洛西高质量发展合作带建设,进而加快黄河流域创新驱动发展进程。
英文摘要
        Constructing innovation networks and cultivating innovation corridors are important to realize regional innovation development. Based on the data of patent transfer from 1987 to 2018, this paper analyzes the spatial-temporal evolution of technology transfer network at different scales in the Yellow River Basin, and proposes the cultivation path of Zhengzhou-Luoyang-Xi’an innovation corridor. Firstly, it is found that a majority of technology transfer within the basin is switching from inter-provincial transfer to intra-provincial transfer, with provincial capitals being the main source of technology. Xi’an is the primary source of technology transfer network, and cities, such as Zhengzhou, Qingdao, and Jinan, are secondary sources. Moreover, the technology sources outside the Yellow River Basin are mainly located in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta and other developed urban agglomerations. In addition, Xi’an, Jinan, Qingdao and other high-level central cities have become the main receiving areas of technology transfer. This study concludes that the construction of inter-provincial innovation network should focus on the construction of Zhengzhou-Luoyang-Xi’an innovation corridor, in order to realize the matching and coordination of industrial technological advantages and technological demands of different cities, promote the construction of Zhengzhou-Luoyang-Xi’an high-quality development cooperation belt, and then accelerate the innovation-driven development process of the Yellow River Basin.

MIAO Changhong Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, and Director of Key Research Institute of Yellow River Civilization and Sustainable Development & Collaborative Innovation Center on Yellow River Civilization Jointly Built by Henan Province and Ministry of Education, Henan University. Dr. Miao has long been engaged in the research of economic geography, regional development and spatial planning. He is Executive Director of the Geographical Society of China, Director of the Yellow River Branch of the Geographical Society of China, and Executive Director of Regional Studies Association China Division. He has presided over key, general and youth programs of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National Social Science Fund of China, and a number of provincial and ministerial projects. He has published more than 200 papers in Eurasian Geography and Economics, Geoforum, Acta Geographica Sinica, Geographical Research and other highly influential journals, and more than 10 monographs including Spatial Agglomeration, Relationship Construction and Regional Development.
