        大科学时代,创新链与产业链深度融合,推动“线性模型”和“巴斯德象限”的底层逻辑不断演进,世界科学研究的形态逐渐向创新主体协同互动、各类要素系统集成演变。中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院在深入实践“线性模型”和“巴斯德象限”的基础上,聚焦打造创新链与产业链的闭环生态,坚持科学与产业一体设计、一体推进,构筑了“0—1—10”纵向融通重构和“10—∞”横向跨界整合的“蝴蝶模式”,并进行了体系化探索和系统化实践,有效促进了新产业、新业态的形成和扩展。
英文摘要
        In the era of big science, the innovation chain and the industry chain are deeply integrated, promoting the continuous evolution of the underlying logic of the "linear model" and the "Pasteur's quadrant". The world scientific research is gradually evolving to the collaborative interaction of innovative subjects and the system integration of various elements. On the basis of in-depth exploration of the linear model and Pasteur's quadrant, SIAT focuses on creating a closed-loop ecology of the innovation chain and industrial chain. By integrating science and industry from design to advancing, SIAT has built a "butterfly pattern", which integrates and reconstructs the "0-1-10" in the vertical level, and consolidates the "10-∞" through complex interaction of cross-border elements in the horizontal level. SIAT has also carried out further systematic exploration and practice, effectively promoting the formation and expansion of new industries and new formats.

樊建平 中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院院长、研究员、博士生导师。中国计算机学会会士,国际欧亚科学院院士。长期从事高性能计算机、云计算、并行与分布式计算等方向的研究工作,"曙光"高性能计算机奠基人之一,并在全国首次提出"低成本健康"理念。作为创院院长开拓性建设中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院,使其成为新型科研机构的代表,带动国内新型科研机构蓬勃发展。曾获国家科技进步奖一等奖、二等奖,中国青年科技奖等。

FAN Jianping Doctoral Supervisor;Research Fellow;Fellow of China Computer Federation;Academician of the International Eurasian Academy of Sciences;President of the Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology (SIAT),Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS).Prof.Fan is mainly engaged in the research of high-performance computers,cloud computing,parallel and distributed computing.He is one of the founders of Dawning highperformance computer and the first to put forward "low-cost health" concept in China.Prof.Fan was appointed as the first president of SIAT in 2006.After 15 years of development and construction under his leadership,SIAT has become a model for new-type research institutions in China,driving the vigorous development of new-type research institutions.He has received one first prize for the National Scientific and Technological Progress Award,two second prizes for the National Scientific and Technological Progress Award and the China Youth Science and Technology Award.
