        基因编辑技术已成为生命科学领域重要的颠覆性技术之一。随着该技术在生物医学研究、医疗健康、农业和食品等领域的应用,相关伦理问题也备受关注。文章概述了近年来涉及伦理问题的基因编辑技术研究和应用进展,重点梳理国际上相关问题的讨论及在伦理治理方面的态度和探索;最后,结合我国对于基因编辑技术人体应用的治理现状,以及近年来的相关讨论和举措,初步提出我国基因编辑技术伦理治理体系建设的建议,以供决策参考。
英文摘要
        Gene editing technology has been one of the breakthrough technologies for life science research. With the application in biomedical research, healthcare, food and agriculture field, related ethical issues are also concerned. This study summarized the research and application progress of gene editing technology involving ethical issues in recent years. Based on sorting out the international discussions, attitudes, and explorations about gene editing ethics issues, after analyzing the current status, discussions, and measures of applications of gene editing technology on human beings in China, we propose five suggestions about the ethical governance system construction of gene editing technology for China.

许智宏 植物生理学家,中国科学院院士。曾任中国科学院植物生理生态研究所所长、中国科学院副院长、北京大学校长等职务。长期从事植物发育生物学、植物细胞培养及其遗传操作的研究,并参与科研和大学教育的管理工作。在相关领域发表论文、综述、专著240余篇。曾获中国科学院自然科学奖一等奖、国家自然科学奖三等奖等奖项。

XU Zhihong Plant Physiologist, Academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). He served as Director of Institute of Plant Physiology and Ecology, CAS, Vice President of CAS and President of Peking University. His research focuses on plant developmental biology, plant cell culture, and genetic operation, and he also participated in the management of scientific research and university education. He has published more than 240 papers, reviews, and monographs in related fields, and has won the first prize of Natural Science Award of CAS, the third prize of National Natural Science Award, and so on.
