        通过分析医学科学领域面临的困境可以发现,生命的本质和演化规律尚未得到系统揭示;而仅用可视化手段去观察亚细胞水平或分子水平的微观静态结构,无法了解生命的微观动态过程。因此,需要建立新的科学范式以研究生命领域的三大基本科学问题:解析人体微观结构;揭示结构间的关联关系;探索结构及其行使功能的时相性变化规律。人体具有无时不在的能量-信息的网络传递机制,通过对该生命系统的科学解析能够破解生命领域的诸多难题。构建全息人体数字模型,可改变生命科学的实验研究范式,促进生命科学研究的全球合作与共享,全面认知人的生命本质,精确防治疾病,以及促进仿生学发展乃至科学技术全面进步。
英文摘要
        By analyzing the dilemma faced by the field of medical science, we can find that the nature and evolutionary laws of life have not been systematically revealed; and the microscopic dynamic processes of life cannot be understood by only visualizing the microscopic static structures at the subcellular or molecular levels. Therefore, there is a need to establish a new scientific paradigm to study three fundamental scientific problems in the field of life:to analyze the microstructure of the human body; to reveal the correlations between structures; and to explore the temporal changes of structures and the functions they perform. The human body has an ever-present energy-information network transmission mechanism, and the scientific analysis of this life system can solve many difficult problems in the field of life. The construction of a holographic digital model of the human body can change the paradigm of experimental research in life sciences, promote global cooperation and sharing of life sciences research, comprehensive knowledge of the nature of human life, precise prevention and treatment of diseases, as well as promote the development of bionics and the overall progress of science and technology.

丛斌 中国工程院院士,中国医学科学院学部委员。河北医科大学教授。教育部法医学专业教学指导委员会副主任委员,中国中西医结合学会副会长。主要从事法医学、病理生理学、消化道微生态药理毒理学。建立了法医法学学科体系,开辟了多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)及应激性损伤的法医学应用研究新领域,并将其作为死因在国际上率先引入法医鉴定。

CONG Bin Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE) and Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences (CAMS), Vice President of Chinese Association of Integrative Medicine, Deputy Chair of Teaching Steering Committee for Forensic Medicine, Ministry of Education, Professor of Hebei Medical University. He is mainly engaged in forensic science, pathologic physiology, and digestive tract microecosystem pharmacology and toxicology. He has explored the new area in the forensic medicine application and research of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) and stress injury, and has taken them as the cause of death in the first international introduction, established a new branch of forensic legal science.
