        大力培养科技创新后备人才,是我国在未来国际竞争中博得先机的重要保障。文章首先从国际格局、现有政策和科技教育现状指出我国急需重视科技创新人才的早期培养;然后,基于国际视野动态审视科技创新后备人才的培养理论和实践经验,进一步思考科技创新人才早期培养的批判性认识和关键问题;最后,在科学学习兴趣、科学教师培养、绿色通道、协同赋能、构建生态和纵向研究等方面对我国科技创新后备人才培养提出建议,以期推进我国相应的政策布局与实践创新。
英文摘要
        It is an important guarantee for China to win the first chance in the future international competition to vigorously cultivate the talent reserve of scientific and technological innovation. This study first proposes that China urgently needs to pay attention to the early training of scientific and technological innovation talents from the international situation, existing policies, and the current educational situation. Then it dynamically examines the training theory and practical experience of scientific and technological innovation talent reserve from an international perspective, and further considers the critical understanding and key issues of early training. Finally, some suggestions are given on the cultivation in order to promote the policy designation and practical innovation in China.

His main research fields are science and technology education strategy, science education, educational information science and technology, etc. He is the Vice Chairman of the 8th China Youth Science and Technology Counselors Association, member of the first K-12 Education Teaching Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education, member of the Information Science Department of the Seventh Science and Technology Commission of the Ministry of Education, expert of the Compulsory Education Curriculum Revision Comprehensive Group, Science Curriculum Standard Revision Group, and Information Technology Curriculum Standard Group of the Ministry of Education, and Secretary General of the Council for Excellent Computer Teachers Award Program of Colleges and Universities, Vice Chairman of the Special Committee on Science and Technology Management and Evaluation of the Society for Science of Science and Research Management. He is also the former director of Bureau of Policy, National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC).

王晶莹 北京师范大学科学教育研究院教授。主要研究方向为科学教育。2015年至今以第一作者或通讯作者发表社科核心期刊论文 40余篇,其中 SSCI论文 20余篇;著有《 STEM学习环境论》《科学探究论》《创新人才培养理念探索与思维突破》等。2011年获得全国百篇优秀博士学位论文提名奖, 2016年专著获得第五届全国教育科学研究优秀成果奖二等奖。主持有国家自然科学基金、教育部人文社会科学规划等 10余项教育类研究课题。

WANG Jingying Professor of Faculty of Education at Beijing Normal University. Her main research field is science education. Since 2015, as the first author or corresponding author, she has published more than 20 papers in International Social Science Citation Index (SSCI) journals, and more than 20 papers in domestic CSSCI journals. She is the author of STEM Learning Environment Theory, Science Inquiry Theory, Innovative Talent Training Concept Exploration and Thinking Breakthrough, etc. In 2011, she won the National Nomination Award for 100 excellent doctoral dissertations, and in 2016, her monograph won the second prize of the Fifth National Excellent Achievements in Educational Science Research. She has presided over more than 10 educational research projects, sponsorship including National Natural Science Foundation of China, Humanities and Social Science Planning of Ministry of Education, etc.
