        我国畜牧业历经40余年快速增长,科技创新要素和全面小康社会新发展理念“双轮驱动”畜牧业步入由数量规模型向质量安全型转型发展的新阶段。发展动物功能性产品是畜牧业转型升级和高质量发展的重要突破口。文章在分析国内畜牧业行业和国内外草食畜牧业功能性动物产品发展现状的基础上,剖析了我国草食畜牧业乳肉功能性产品研究的前沿科学和技术问题,同时围绕生物技术(遗传改良与生物合成)和非生物技术(饲养管理)对目前草食家畜乳肉功能性产品研发方面的实践探索做了简要介绍;以期在国家相关产业发展战略层面,针对不同生态区域特点和消费需求,加大草食畜牧业高质量转型和乳肉功能性产品研发与产业化的支持力度,不断夯实草食畜牧业乳肉功能性产品调控理论和技术。唯如此则对于引导草食畜牧业可持续发展和消费者健康膳食,以及我国畜牧业新发展格局形成具有重要的战略意义。
英文摘要
        In the past 40 years, the animal husbandry industry in China has been developed very fast through the technological and social development. It has been changed into a new stage from quantity to quality of the animal products, and more attention has been paid on the healthy food. The functional animal products will be an important breakthrough for the high-quality development of animal husbandry. This paper reviews the current animal husbandry industry and functional products of herbivorous animal husbandry in China and abroad. Several key scientific and technological issues on functional milk and meat are analyzed. Practical exploration including biotechnology (genetic breeding and biosynthesis) and non-biotechnology (feeding technology) on how to develop the production of functional milk and meat is proposed. It is expected that we can study and consolidate the regulation theory and technology of functional milk and meat of herbivorous animal husbandry by supports from the national strategic level. It will be significantly important to guide the sustainable development of herbivorous livestock and human diet consumption, and to build the domestic flagship brand of milk and meat products in China.

贺志雄 中国科学院亚热带农业生态研究所研究员。主要从事母体和幼龄草食动物营养生理研究,以及牛羊肉育肥、肉品质调控、幼畜优化培育技术等方面的科技示范工作。近年来主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、中国科学院人才择优项目、中国科学院科技服务网络计划(STS)重点项目等科研项目。在畜牧学主流期刊发表SCI论文50余篇。

HE Zhixiong Ph.D.,Professor,Institute of Subtropical Agriculture,Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS).His research focuses on the nutritional physiology of maternal and young ruminants.He has experience of working on ruminants fattening,meat quality control,and feeding technology of young animals.In recent years,he has led several major projects with sponsorship from National Natural Science Foundation of China,Talent Projects of CAS,and STS Key Projects.More than 50 SCI indexed papers have been published in high quality journals in animal science area.

谭支良 中国科学院亚热带农业生态研究所所长、研究员。科学技术部重点领域"畜禽消化道健康与养殖生态安全"创新团队首席科学家,湖南省现代农业草食动物产业技术体系首席科学家,中国畜牧兽医学会动物营养学分会副理事长。曾获国家科技进步奖二等奖2项,湖南省科技进步奖一等奖4项。先后主持湖南省重大科技专项、科学技术部国际合作项目、国家自然科学基金重大国际(地区)合作项目和重点项目等30余项,发表SCI论文150余篇。
