        面向第四次产业革命,培养能够实现“从0到1”范式突破的创新人才,并建立高质量创新人才培养的长效机制,不仅是关系到“两个大局”如何破局的关键问题,更是关系到中华民族百年大计甚至千年大计的重大命题。清华大学钱学森力学班(以下简称“清华钱班”)经过10年的探索,初步实现了对上述命题的“点”突破。在此基础之上,清华钱班与深圳有关部门经过近1年的共同探索,共同构建了体现我国制度和文化优势的创新人才培养机制——“零一学院”。相信沿着这个方向坚持10年,一定可以初步建立一个以深圳为起点,辐射全国的创新人才培养体系,为高等教育提供一个拔尖创新人才培养的新范式。
英文摘要
        At the dawn of the 4th Industrial Revolution, cultivating top innovation talents that innovate "zero-to-one" achievements, and constructing sustainable mechanism for cultivating such talents, is not only a critical task during the China's national rejuvenation in the world experiencing a level of change unseen in a century, but also the key parameter for centenary or even millennium prosperity of Chinese nation. After over ten years of exploration, Tsien Excellence in Education Program of Tsinghua University (hereafter called "Tsien Class") has made a single-point breakthrough in this subject. Based on this, nearly after one year of preparation, "Tsien Class" and Shenzhen government jointly founded the Xinstitute of Shenzhen, an institution with the mission of cultivating top innovation talents, which embodies the institutional and cultural advantages of China. We believe that, following this direction for another ten years, we will be able to establish a system, which is initiated in Shenzhen and radiates the whole country, that provides a new paradigm to Higher Education to cultivate top innovation talents.

郑泉水 中国科学院院士。清华大学航天航空学院教授,清华大学钱学森力学班首席教授,清华大学微纳米力学与多学科交叉创新研究中心创办主任,深圳清华大学研究院超滑技术研究所创办所长,深圳零一学院创办院长。20世纪80-90年代创建了完整的本构方程张量函数理论,建立了郑-杜细观力学模型,解决了多个长期困惑学术界的力学难题。2000年后开创了结构超滑的理论与应用技术、开创了拔尖创新人才培养的清华钱班模式。

ZHENG Quanshui Academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences;Professor of Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics,Tsinghua University;Chair Professor in charge of the Tsien Excellence in Engineering Program (TEEP) at Tsinghua University;Founding Director of the Center for Nano and Micro Mechanics (CNMM) of Tsinghua University;Founding Director of the Institute of Super lubricity Technology at Research Institute of Tsinghua University in Shenzhen;Founding President of Xinstitute of Shenzhen.He has established the theory of representations for tensor functions and the invariant base of nonlinear and anisotropic constitutive equations.In the last two decades,he pioneered the technology and applications of structural super lubricity,a state of nearly zero friction and zero wear between two contacted solid surfaces.And in the past decade,he led the TEEP's ground-breaking exploration in cultivating top talents for scientific and technological innovation in China.
