刘晓洁 中国科学院地理科学与资源研究所副研究员。中国学生营养与健康促进会学生健康教育分会第一届理事会委员,首都保健营养美食学会食育专业委员会副主任委员,中国科学院食育研究小组负责人。主要从事可持续的食物系统与政策研究。先后主持国家自然科学基金委面上项目、青年基金项目,并承担国家自然科学基金重点项目课题、国家重点研发计划课题、中国科学院重点部署项目课题等10余项。近3年来,作为课题负责人,承担中国科学院科技扶贫任务,在内蒙古库伦旗开展食育扶贫工作。

LIU Xiaojie Associate Professor of Institute of Geographic Sciences and Natural Resources Research,Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS),member of the First Council of the Branch of Student Health Education of the Chinese Association for Student Nutrition and Health Promotion,deputy director of Food Education Professional Committee of the Capital Healthcare and Nutrition Cuisine Society,director of the Food Education Research Team of CAS.Her main research field focuses on sustainable food system and policy.She has presided over more than 10 projects sponsored by the National Natural Sciences Foundation of China's General Program,Young Scientists Fund,and Key Program,National Key Research and Development Program of China,and Key Deployment Program of CAS.In the past three years,as the project leader,she has been undertaking the scientific and technological poverty alleviation task of the Chinese Academy of Sciences,and has started food education and poverty alleviation in Kulun Banner,Inner Mongolia,China.

程书波 河南理工大学安全与应急管理研究中心主任、副教授。主要从事安全与应急管理研究与教学工作,在国内外重要期刊发表学术论文30余篇。
