        能源科技的发展将深刻地影响着未来能源格局,因此能源发展前景预测对国家政策制定和企业战略谋划都意义重大。文章在对能源现状与发展趋势分析的基础上,总结了能源转型多元化、低碳化、分散化、数字化和全球化的“五化”特征,指出了2016年以来出现的中美经贸摩擦、低油价和人工智能技术应用等方面的新变化特征,并就能源领域未来科技发展趋势提出了低成本技术、信息技术和颠覆性技术3个方面的思考,以期为我国积极应对能源转型,布局未来能源科技提供点滴参考。
英文摘要
        The development of energy science and technology has profound impacts on the future energy pattern, and the outlook of energy development is of great significance to national policy-making and corporate strategic planning. Based on the analysis of the current situation and development trend of energy sector, this study summarizes the five characteristics of energy transformation: diversification, decarbonization, decentralization, digitalization, and globalization, and points out three new features in respect of the trade war between China and US, low oil price, and application of artificial intelligence technology that emerged since 2016. A few thoughts concerning low-cost technology, information technology, and subversive technology are presented for analyzing the development trend of science and technology in energy sector, actively responding to energy transformation and formulating development strategy of energy science and technology.

金之钧 中国科学院院士。北京大学能源研究院创始院长、教授,中国石油化工股份有限公司石油勘探开发研究院教授。兼任页岩油气富集机理与有效开发国家重点实验室主任、国家能源页岩油研发中心主任、中国石油学会副理事长。曾担任中国石油大学(北京)副校长,中国石油化工股份有限公司副总地质师和石油勘探开发研究院院长。长期从事石油地质理论研究和能源战略研究,获国家技术发明奖二等奖、国家科技进步奖二等奖2项、李四光地质科学奖、孙越崎能源科学技术奖和归国留学人员成就奖,出版专著15部,发表论文400余篇。

JIN Zhijun Member of Chinese Academy of Sciences. He is the Founding President and Professor of Energy Institute, Peking University, and the Professor of SINOPEC Petroleum Exploration and Production Research Institute. He is also the Director of State Key Laboratory of Shale Oil and Gas Enrichment Mechanisms and Effective Development, the Director of China State Energy Center for Shale Oil Research and Development, and the Vice President of the Council of Chinese Petroleum Society. He was the former Vice President of China University of Petroleum (Beijing), the Deputy Chief Geologist of SINOPEC, and the President of SINOPEC Petroleum Exploration and Production Research Institute. He has long been engaged in research on petroleum geology and energy strategy. He has received one second-class award of China State Technological Invention Award, two second-class awards of National Science and Technology Progress Award, Li Siguang Geological Science Award, Sun Yueqi Energy Award, and Returned Overseas Scholars Achievement Award. He has co-authored over 400 papers and 15 books.
