范恒山 经济学家。高级经济师,博士生导师,多所著名大学兼职教授。曾任国家体改委综合规划试点司副司长,国务院体改办综合司司长,国家发展和改革委员会综合改革司司长、地区经济司司长,国家促进中部地区崛起办公室副主任,国家发展和改革委员会副秘书长。先后毕业于武汉大学、中国人民大学。著、编、译学术著作30余部,撰写论文数百篇,一些作品获国家图书奖等重要奖项。多次参与中央全会文件、中央经济工作会议文件和国务院《政府工作报告》起草,主持了众多国家重要区域发展战略、政策文件和实施方案的研究制定工作。

FAN Hengshan Well known economist with an expertise in regional economy,Professor,and Doctoral Supervisor.He achieved Ph.D.degree in economics.He served as Deputy Director of the Comprehensive Planning and Pilot Division of National Committee for Economic System Reform,Director of the Comprehensive Division of the State Council Reform Office,Director of the Comprehensive Reform Division of the National Development and Reform Commission(NDRC),Director of the Regional Economics Division of the NDRC,and Deputy Secretary General of the NDRC.He has been engaged in development reform theory and policy research for a long time,participated in the drafting of a series of major documents,presided over the formulation of hundreds of national and regional plans and programs.He has also been invited as Concurrent Professor by more than 20 major universities,as Senior Economic Consultant by many provincial and municipal governments,and other honorary duties of several academic bodies and research institutes.He has compiled more than 30 academic works and authored hundreds of academic papers.His achievements are included and marked in major academic works.
