        煤炭的清洁高效利用对保障我国能源安全和保护生态环境具有重要意义。中国科学院的煤制油、煤制烯烃和煤制乙二醇3项煤炭清洁高效利用技术均达到了世界先进水平。这3项技术在科技成果转化过程中分别采取了“一条龙”模式、“联合开发体”模式和“金三角”模式整合社会资源,跨越了技术成果从实验室到产业化的鸿沟,成为我国能源技术领域的创新典范。文章回顾了3项技术的产业化发展历程和技术转移转化过程中遇到的各种情况,分析了存在的问题和挑战,并对今后技术转移转化的模式提出了建议。
英文摘要
        The clean and efficient use of coal is of great significance to China's energy security and environmental protection. Coal to liquids, coal to olefins and coal to glycol are the major clean coal technologies of Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), which have reached the international advanced level and become the innovation models in China's energy development. To cross the gap between the laboratory and industrialization, different approaches are used to integrate social resources in transformation of scientific and technological achievements. This paper reviews the industrialization development and various situations encountered in technology transfer and transformation of these three technologies. From the existing problems and challenges, the suggestions are proposed for the next step of the technology transfer and transformation.

何京东 中国科学院重大科技任务局材料能源处副处长,副研究员。2006年在中国科学院过程工程研究所获博士学位。2018年2月-2019年2月在美国劳伦斯伯克利国家实验室进行访问学者研究。主要从事洁净煤技术和能源发展战略研究,目前负责中国科学院重大科技任务局能源领域的项目策划、组织和管理工作。

HE Jingdong Deputy director and associate professor,Division of Material Science and Energy Science,Bureau of Major R&D Programs,Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS).In 2006,he received his Ph.D.degree from the Institute of Process Engineering,CAS.He worked in Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory,United States,as guest scientist from Feb.2018 to Feb.2019.He is mainly engaged in clean coal technology and the development strategy of energy.Currently he is responsible for the program planning,organization and management in the energy field,Bureau of Major R&D Programs,CAS.

彭子龙 中国科学院重大科技任务局材料能源处处长。2001年获华中科技大学工学博士学位,2003年从中国科学院物理研究所磁学国家重点实验室博士后出站,2004年调入中国科学院原基础科学局工作。全程参与了中国科学院"未来先进核裂变能""变革性洁净能源关键技术与示范"等战略性先导科技专项(A类)的酝酿、研讨、立项论证和组织实施。

PENG Zilong Director of Division of Material Science and Energy Science,Bureau of Major R&D Programs,Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS).In 2001,he obtained his doctorate degree in engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.In 2003,he completed his post-doctoral work in State Key Laboratory of Magnetism in the Institute of Physics,CAS.In 2004,he worked in the former Bureau of Basic Research,CAS and was transferred to the Bureau of Major R&D Programs,CAS in 2013.He participated in the entire process of brewing,discussion,authorization,organization and implementation of "Advanced Nuclear Fission Energy" and "Transformational Technologies for Clean Energy and Demonstration",the Strategic Priority Research Program of CAS.
