        促进储能技术与产业的健康发展,对于提高可再生能源比例、保障能源安全、提高能源利用效率、推动能源革命具有重大的战略意义。物理储能作为最重要的一种储能方式,得到了国内外广泛关注。文章剖析了物理储能技术的重大需求,总结了国内外物理储能技术与产业发展现状与趋势,比较了国内外物理储能技术发展水平,明确了物理储能技术发展问题与挑战,并提出了相应发展建议,旨在为我国物理储能技术和产业的研究与发展提供详实的参考。

        Promoting the healthy development of energy storage technology and industry has great strategic significance on increasing the proportion of renewable energy, ensuring energy security, improving energy efficiency, and promoting the energy revolution. As one of the most important technologies, physical energy storage technology has received extensive attention. In this study, the major needs of physical energy storage technology are analyzed, and the development status and trends of five types of physical energy storage technologies and industry are summarized. Then the development problems and challenges of these physical energy storage technologies are confirmed, and corresponding recommendations are put forward. The study aims at providing a detailed reference for the research and development of physical energy storage technology and industry in China.

陈海生 中国科学院工程热物理所副所长,国家能源大规模物理储能研发中心主任。先后入选中国科学院"百人计划",英国能源学会会士,中组部首批"万人计划——青年拔尖人才计划"、首批"万人计划——中青年科技创新领军人才计划";获国家自然科学基金委"国家优秀青年科学基金"等。主要从事新型压缩空气储能系统、叶轮机械内部流动、限定空间尺度的流动与传热等工作。发表论文300余篇,其中SCI收录120余篇,EI收录150余篇,SCI他引4 500余次,入选2014-2018年"Elsevier中国高被引学者榜单"。兼任Journal of Thermal Science等4个学术期刊副主编、7个学术期刊编委,中国能源研究会储能专委会主任,中国化工学会储能专委会副主任,中国物理与化学电池协会储能专委会副主任,中关村储能技术与产业联盟理事长等。

CHEN Haisheng Deputy Director of Institute of Engineering Thermophysics (IET),Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) and Director of China National Research Centre of Physical Energy Storage.He joined IET-CAS as an "Hundred Talents Program" professor.He is the Fellow of Energy Institute,UK.He is also the member of "Ten Thousand Talent Plan-Young Top-notch Talent Program","Ten Thousand Talent Plan-Young and Middle-aged Science and Technology Innovation Leading Talents Program","National Science Fund for Excellent Young Scholars",etc.He has been working on fluid dynamics,heat transfer,and system analysis related to energy storage and power engineering.More specifically,his research includes compressed air energy storage,thermal energy storage,and internal flow of turbomachinery.His research has led to 300+papers,in which 120+of them are indexed by SCI and 150+of them are indexed by EI,9 book chapters,and 140+patents.The publications have received 4500+citations excluding self citations,according to science citition index (SCI),Web of Science.He has been the member of Chinese Most Cited Researchers since 2014.He acts as the Associate Editor-in-Chief of 4 peer reviewed journals such as Journal of Thermal Science,the committee member/session chair of 8 international conferences,and editorial board member for 7 peer reviewed journals.Currently,he also serves as director of Energy Storage Committee of China Energy Research Society,deputy director of Energy Storage Committee of the Chemical Industry and Engineering Society of China,deputy director of Energy Storage Committee of China Industrial Association of Power Sources,director of China Energy Storage Alliance,etc.
