        养猪业是我国畜牧支柱产业,也是农业现代化体系的重要组成部分。而我国饲用蛋白资源严重匮乏以及大宗非粮蛋白资源利用率极低,制约了我国畜牧业现代化进程。因此,文章根据党中央十九大精神,从供给侧结构性改革为出发点,对当前养猪业面临的挑战提出相关建议,为发展"环境友好和资源节约"畜牧饲料工业"添砖加瓦"。
英文摘要
        Pig industry is the pillar industry of animal husbandry in China and serves as a key part of the agricultural modernization system. However, the serious shortage of feeding protein resources and the low utilization rate of non-grain protein resources have restricted the development of modernization of animal husbandry in China. Therefore, according to the spirit of the Nineteenth National Congress of the CPC Central Committee and based on the Structural Reform of Supply-Side, this article offered relevant suggestions on the challenges faced by the current pig industry, which will further guide the development of animal husbandry and feed industry with "environmental friendliness and resource conservation".

YIN Jie Ph.D.student in the Institute of Subtropical Agriculture,Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS).He earned the"President's Excellent Award"during the master's and doctoral study,respectively.He mainly investigates the nutritional metabolism of low-protein diet and amino acids in pigs and has published 20 SCI indexed papers,which have been cited more than 500 times,with h index 19.

印遇龙 中国工程院院士,中国科学院亚热带农业生态研究所研究员,博士生导师,中国科学院"百人计划人选"。获英国女王大学哲学博士学位。现任畜禽养殖污染控制与资源化技术国家工程实验室主任,中国农学会微量元素与食物链分会理事长,国家生猪产业技术创业战略联盟理事长等职。长期从事畜禽健康养殖与环境控制研究,先后主持完成科研项目30多项。在畜禽绿色养殖技术、非常规饲料原料高效利用以及养殖过程废弃物减控等方面成果卓著,以第一完成人获国家科技进步奖三项和国家自然科学奖一项,带领团队发表SCI收录论文300多篇,被引用9 000多次,h指数51。

YIN Yulong Professor,Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering,and Director of the Animal Nutrition and Health Center,Institute of Subtropical Agriculture,Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS).He earned a doctorate in animal nutrition from The Queen's University of Belfast,UK.Currently,he is the Director of National Engineering Laboratory for Pollution Control and Waste Utilization in Livestock and Poultry Production,the Chairman of the Trace Elements and Food Chain Chapter,China Agricultural Society,and the Director of National Pig Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance.He has engaged in the research of health breeding and environmental control of livestock and poultry for a long time,and has led more than 30 scientific research projects.He earned outstanding achievements in health breeding of livestock and poultry,efficient utilization of unconventional feed,and reduction and control of the wastes in livestock production.As primary,He has received several prestigious awards,including three times of National Science and Technology Advancement Award,one time of National Natural Science Award,led the team to publish over 300 SCI indexed papers,which have been cited more than 9000 times,with h index 51.
