        辽河平原是我国温带农田生态系统的重要组成部分,辽河平原农业的高产高效对于巩固东北粮仓的“稳粮增效”具有重要作用。但是,由于耕地数量不断减少以及长期高强度利用造成资源和环境约束不断加剧,辽河平原农田生态系统的可持续发展受到严重制约。中国科学院沈阳生态实验站围绕区域农业生产和资源管理的核心问题,立足农田生态系统的长期监测和研究,揭示了不同养分管理模式下农田土壤综合肥力的演变规律。利用同位素示踪技术,明确了肥料氮素在农田生态系统的保持和转化以及调控机制。通过农田土壤“以碳控氮,碳氮平衡”管理模式的构建,建立了雨养旱地农业保护性耕作综合配套栽培技术体系。通过研发环境友好型稳定性肥料,实现了肥料减施增效,降低了面源污染风险。通过研究-示范-推广有效结合,土肥高效管理为区域现代农业发展和生态环境建设提供了科技支撑。

陈欣 中国科学院沈阳应用生态研究所研究员,辽宁沈阳农田生态系统国家野外科学观测研究站站长。专业方向是农业生态和环境科学,主要从事土壤-作物系统中主要营养元素生态过程、农业面源污染调控和设施农业土壤生态等方面的研究。1996-1997年、1999-2000年及2013-2014年,分别赴比利时根特大学、美国佐治亚大学和日本资源环境国立研究所进行合作研究。兼任辽宁省环境学会副理事长、辽宁省地理学会副理事长、辽宁省土壤学会理事、中国科学院大学教授、《生态学杂志》和《农业资源与环境学报》编委等职;辽宁省"百千万人才工程"百人层次入选者。曾先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家重大科技专项水专项和国家科技支撑计划等课题10余项。现主持国家自然科学基金面上项目2项、水专项课题1项。发表相关学术论文160余篇,其中第一和通讯作者发表SCI/EI论文50余篇,第一发明人授权专利5项,主编专著1部,参编专著3部;2008年获得辽宁省自然科学奖,2011年获中国科学院优秀研究生导师奖。

CHEN Xin Born in 1968,Ph.D.,Professor in the Institute of Applied Ecology,Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS),and the director of Shenyang Agro-ecosystem Experimental Station.His major field is agricultural ecology and environmental science,mainly engaged in the research of the ecological process of major nutrient elements in agro-ecosystems and soil-crop system,agricultural non-point source pollution control,soil ecological environment in facilities agriculture,and other aspects.As a visiting research fellow he worked at Ghent University from 1996 to 1997,University of Georgia from 1999 to 2000,and National Institute of Resources and Environment in Japan from 2013 to 2014.Currently he is a member of the academic committee of Institute of Applied Ecology,CAS.He also works as the deputy director for Youth Work Committee in Soil Science Society of China,executive director of Liaoning Environmental Science Society,director of Liaoning Soil Science Society and the editorial committee of Journal of Ecology.He has been selected as one of Hundred Talent in the Hundred,Thousand and Ten Thousand Talent Project in Liaoning Province.He has presided over more than 10 projects,sponsored by National Natural Science Foundations of China,National Water projects,and National Science and Technology Support programs.Now he takes charge of one project sponsored by National Natural Science Foundation of China,and one major national water project.Up to now,he has published more than 160 papers in peer reviewed journals,among which more than 50 have been published as the first and corresponding authors.He has five authorized patents as the first inventor and he published one monograph as a co-author.He gained Natural Science Award for Science and Technology of Liaoning Province in 2008 and Outstanding Postgraduate Advisors of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2011.
