        我国是世界最大的小麦生产国和消费国,其生产对保障粮食安全具有重大战略意义。受限于普通小麦庞大且复杂的基因组,其重要农艺性状的基因克隆和分子设计育种技术发展远落后于水稻和玉米。在“分子模块设计育种创新体系”的支持下,我国科学家在破译小麦基因组研究中作出重大贡献,此外通过多年攻坚,利用“模块耦合育种”的理论已成功培育出小麦新品种。文章着重对这些重大成果和未来研究发展方向进行了阐述。

傅向东 中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所研究员,中国科学院大学教授,细胞与染色体工程国家重点实验室主任。国家自然科学基金委员会国家"杰出青年"和中国科学院"百人计划"基金获得者,入选科技部"中青年科技创新领军人才"和"第六届全国优秀科技工作者",获得"谈家桢生命科学创新奖"荣誉。任Frontiers in Plant Genetics and Genomics、Journal of Integrative Plant Biology和《植物学报》杂志编委。主要研究方向是植物激素调控植物生长发育和环境适应的分子机制,以及水稻产量性状形成的遗传调控网络,在Frontiers in Plant Genetics and Genomics、Journal of Integrative Plant BiologyPlant CellCurrent Opinion in Plant Biology等刊物发表SCI论文30余篇。

FU Xiangdong Professor in Institute of Genetics and Developmental Biology (IGDB) and University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS),Director of the State Key Laboratory of Plant Cell and Chromosome Engineering (PCCE).Prof.Fu obtained National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars sponsored by National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and was selected into Hundred Talents Program of CAS.He was also selected as a "Youth Science and Technology Innovation Leader" and "The 6th National Outstanding Scientific and Technological Workers",and won the honor of "Tan Jiazhen Life Science Innovation Award".He is the editor of Frontiers in Plant Genetics and Genomics,Journal of Integrative Plant Biology,and Journal of Plant Science.His research directions cover the molecular mechanism of plant growth and development regulated by plant hormone and environmental factors,as well as the genetic regulatory networks about rice yield.So far,he has published more than 30 papers on peer-reviewed journals,such as Nature,Nature Genetics,Nature Communications,Cell Research,Current Biology,Plant Cell,etc.
