        现代化海洋牧场建设是我国近海生态环境保护和海洋渔业健康发展的重要抓手。我国海洋牧场的建设理念不断深化,由投放人工鱼礁和放流资源生物,逐步过渡为改善海域环境和养护渔业资源。如今海洋牧场建设规模不断扩大,至今已完成64处国家级海洋牧场示范区建设。但如何实现现代化海洋牧场建设,仍然存在诸多问题亟待解决。文章从理念现代化、装备现代化、技术现代化、管理现代化4个方面论述了现代化海洋牧场的建设理念。针对我国温带和热带海域特点,基于陆海统筹蓝色粮仓建设的需求,提出了海洋牧场与集约化精准养殖场、海岸带生态农牧场、离岸深水智慧渔场融合发展新模式,以期为现有温带海域海洋牧场升级和热带海域海洋牧场的现代化建设提供参考。
英文摘要
        Modern marine ranching should be given high priority for environmental protection and marine fishery health in coastal areas. The approach of Chinese marine ranching is continuously developing. It was transferred from artificial reef construction and stock enhancement to the improvement of the marine environment and conservation of fishery resources. Chinese marine ranching is vigorously developing, 64 national marine ranching demonstration areas have been completed. At the same time, how to modernize the development of marine ranching is still an important problem to be solved. This paper discusses the construction system of modern marine ranching from four aspects:concept modernization, equipment modernization, technology modernization, and management modernization. In view of the characteristics of the temperate and tropical sea in China and the demand for the construction of blue granary integrating the land and sea, the new system of marine ranching, intensive precise aquaculture, ecological farm and ranch in coastal zone, open sea smart fishing ground is put forward to upgrade the existing marine ranching in temperate sea area and provide reference for modern marine ranching in tropical sea area.

杨红生 中国科学院海洋所、中国科学院烟台海岸带所常务副所长,研究员、博士生导师,博士。中国海洋湖沼学会副理事长兼秘书长,棘皮动物分会理事长。2009年入选"新世纪百千万人才工程"国家级人选和"山东省有突出贡献的中青年专家",2015年入选"泰山学者"特聘专家。长期从事养殖生态与养殖设施、生境修复与资源养护、刺参生物学与遗传育种等研究。

YANG Hongsheng Received B.Sc.degree from Huazhong Agricultural University of Aquaculture,and M.Sc.degree from Huazhong Agricultural University of Hydrobiology,Wuhan,in 1986 and 1989 repectively,and Ph.D.degree from Ocean University of China of Aquaculture,Qingdao,in 1996.He is currently the Professor,doctorial supervisor,and executive deputy director of Institute of Oceanology,Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) and Yantai Institute of Coastal Zone Research,CAS.He also serves as the vice President and secretary general of Chinese Society for Oceanology and Limnology,and the president of Echinoderm Branch.He was awarded "New Century Millions of Talents Project" National Candidate in 2010, "Outstanding Contribution Expert of Shandong" in 2010,and "Distinguished Expert of Taishan Scholar" in 2015.He has been focusing on the research in aquacultural ecology and facility,habitat restoration and resource conservation,biology and selective breeding of sea cucumber,etc.
