中国缺少像德国汉诺威工业博览会那样能够全面反映中国科技创新、制造业和新经济成果，特别是能够引领世界产业发展方向的博览会。"雄安世界创新发展博览会"聚焦于科技创新、数字经济、智能制造、绿色制造、服务型制造等新产业革命前沿与高端制造业发展主题，旨在向国际社会展示我国科技创新、高端制造业和新经济发展的成果，宣传我国科技创新和产业发展的理念，加强我国科技和产业标准、技术路线的引领，扩大中国制造、中国解决方案的国际影响。筹划创办"雄安世界创新发展博览会"无论对于中国制造迈向中高端还是对于雄安新区建设都具有重大意义，符合雄安新区的发展定位，有成功的国内外经验可供借鉴，应从规划、建设、组织、宣传、产业发展等方面加以统筹谋划。
英文摘要
China lacks the Expo that can fully demonstrate China's scientific and technological innovation, manufacturing, and new economic achievements, especially in terms of the world's industrial development such as the HANNOVER MESSE in Germany. "Xiongan International Innovation and Development Expo" will focus on the themes including technological innovation, digital economy, intelligent manufacturing, green manufacturing, service-oriented manufacturing, and other new industrial revolution frontier and high-end manufacturing industry development, aim to demonstrate to the international community of China's scientific and technological innovation, high-end manufacturing, and new economic development achievements, disseminate the concept of innovation of science and technology and the development of industry, strengthen the guidance of science and technology, industrial standards, and technical route, expand the international influence of China Manufacturing and China Solutions. The planning and establishment of "Xiongan International Innovation and Development Expo" will be of great significance not only for Chinese manufacturing upgrading to middle-high end, but also the construction of Xiongan New Area, be consistent with the development orientation of Xiongan. Successful experience worldwide could be used for reference. It should be given an overall consideration from the aspects of planning, construction, organization, dissemination, and industrial development.

黄群慧,中国社会科学院工业经济研究所所长、研究员、博士生导师,《中国工业经济》主编、《经济管理》主编,兼任中国企业管理研究会副会长、理事长。2009年起享受国务院颁发的政府特殊津贴,2013年入选"百千万人才工程"国家级人选,荣获"国家级有突出贡献的中青年专家"称号,2015年入选文化名家暨"四个一批"人才,2016年入选第二批"万人计划"国家社会科学领军人才。主要研究领域为产业经济与企业管理。曾主持国家社科基金重大项目、国家自然科学基金以及多项省部级重大项目。迄今为止,已在《中国社会科学》《经济研究》等学术刊物公开发表论文200余篇,独立撰写、参与撰写著作30余部。其成果曾获第十二届孙冶方经济科学奖、第二届蒋一苇企业改革与发展学术基金优秀专著奖、第三届蒋一苇企业改革与发展学术基金优秀论文奖、第四届"三个一百"原创图书奖,以及中国社会科学院优秀科研成果奖二等奖和三等奖等。E-mail:huang.q.h@263.net
Huang Qunhui Professor,the head of Institute of Industrial Economics at Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS),Ph.D.supervisor,Editorin-Chief of China Industrial Economics and Business Management Journal.He is also the deputy head and secretary-general of the Chinese Institute of Business Administration.He has enjoyed special government allowances of the State Council since 2009,was selected into the National HundredThousand-Ten Thousand Talents Project and won the title of "National Young and Middle-aged Experts with Outstanding Contributions" in 2013,was successfully listed among the Cultural Masters and "Four Kinds of Talents in the First Batch" in 2015,and the second batch of national leading talents in philosophy and social sciences of "Ten Thousand Talent Program" in 2016.Prof.Huang's research areas include industrial economics and business administration.He has chaired several major programs sponsored by the National Social Science Foundation of China,the National Natural Science Foundation of China,many other ministries and provincial government in China.He has published more than 200 papers in journals including Social Sciences in China and Economic Research Journal as well as over 30 books.He has won the 12th Sun Yefang Financial Innovation Awards,the 2nd and the 3rd Jiang Yiwei Reform and Development Foundation Award,the 4th "Three One-Hundred" Original Publishing Works of the National Press and Publication Administration,and the Best Research Award of the CASS.E-mail:huang.q.h@263.net
