城市化的快速推进深刻地改变了我国的社会经济结构，这种改变又全方位地影响了农业的发展，其中受影响最大的是处在城市化最前沿的都市农业。由于特殊的区位，都市现代农业在社会功能、生产结构和种养模式上具有区别于农区农业的重要特征。也正是基于区域特点和优势，都市农业在服务城市居民需求、增加城郊农民收入和带动农区农业发展方面具有重要的战略价值。为了实现都市现代农业的战略价值，需要重点围绕生态文明建设，推进资源节约技术和清洁生产技术的重大突破；围绕农产品质量安全，推进生境控制技术和信息追溯技术的广泛应用；围绕核心能力提升，推进种源技术和智慧农业技术的大力发展；围绕产销体系优化，推进电子商务技术和物流技术的系统集成。
英文摘要
With rapid urbanization process, Chinese social and economic structure is experiencing a dramatically change, which impacts the development of agriculture in an all-around way. Urban agriculture has been most affected at the forefront of urbanization. Because of special location, urban modern agriculture has important characteristics of social function, production structure and farming mode. Based on regional features and advantages, urban mordern agriculture has great strategic value in serving urban residents' demand, increasing rural incomes and driving agricultural development. In order to realize the strategic value of urban modern agriculture, it is necessary to promote the breakthrough of resource saving technology and clean-production technology for the construction of ecological civilization, to promote wide range application of production environment control technology and information traceability technology for agricultural products safety, to promote the development of seed source technology and intelligent agricultural technology around the core competence; promote the system integration of e-commerce technology and logistics technology, and for optimizing the production and marketing system.

周培 上海交通大学农业与生物学院院长,教授,博士生导师。1964年10月出生于上海市崇明县,上海交通大学环境科学与工程专业博士学位,现任上海交通大学农业与生物学院院长,农业部都市农业重点实验室、上海交通大学新农村发展研究院常务副院长。从事农业环境污染生态、污染检测与修复以及都市农业生态技术等方面研究。担任国家公益性行业(农业)科研专项首席专家,先后主持或参加包括国家"863""973"、农业部公益性行业(农业)科研专项、十三五重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学基金以及上海市重大重点科技攻关计划等研究项目。先后在国内外杂志上发表学术论文100多篇,主编专著2部,获得授权国家发明专利30余项,曾获上海市科学技术进步奖一等奖1项、二等奖和三等奖各2项。主要学术兼职:农业部第九届科技委委员、中国农学会都市农业与休闲农业分会副理事长,上海市食品安全专家委员会委员。E-mail:zhoupei@sjtu.edu.cn
Zhou Pei Dean of School of Agriculture and Biology,Shanghai Jiao Tong University,Director of Ministry of Agriculture Key Laboratory of Urban Agriculture and Executive Deputy Dean of Institution of New Rural Development of Shanghai Jiao Tong University.He was born in Chongming Island,Shanghai.He has received the doctor diploma of Shanghai Jiao Tong University majoring in environmental science and engineering and he enjoys the title of professor and doctor tutor.He has been dedicating to the research on the pollutants detection,remediation of soil,and urban agricultural sustainable development.He has assumed the chief scientific research expert in the national public welfare industry (agriculture);successively presided over or participated in such research projects as national 863,973 projects,public welfare project,NSFC programs,and Shanghai key scientific and technological projects.He has released more than 100 academic theses,edited 2 monographs,obtained over 30 national invention patents,won one 1st award,two 2nd awards in Shanghai scientific and technological progress contest.He has also mainly assumed the following part-time positions:member of 9th scientific and technological committee of the Ministry of Agriculture,vice chairman of urban and leisure agriculture branch of CAASS.E-mail:zhoupei@sjtu.edu.cn
