在快速城镇化和全球化的背景下，历史文化遗产的有效保护与合理利用成为非常紧迫的问题。国家对历史文化遗产保护日益重视，遗产保护体系也在逐步建立和完善，但是遗产保护教育与实践体系建设一直是其中的短板，导致国家的法律、政策和科学修缮的技术无法得到很好地落实。文章系统介绍了法国的建成遗产保护体系，重点分析了遗产保护教育与国家遗产保护制度之间的紧密关系是法国遗产保护和城乡可持续发展的重要保障，并中国遗产保护教育和实践的现状提出针对性建议。
英文摘要
With the rapid urbanisation and globalization, efficient conservation and reutilization of cultural heritage become a more and more urgent issue. The Chinese Government attaches great importance to heritage conservation, which promotes the establishment of heritage conservation systems, but the construction of practice and education system is the short slab, and blocks the implement of laws, policies and scientific restoration techniques. This article tries to introduce the built heritage conservation system of France, and specially analyzes the key relationship between the education system and the practice system, which is the guarantee of the heritage conservation and sustainable development of France, in order to give the recommendations for the heritage conservation education system and practice system of China.

邵甬 同济大学建筑与城市规划学院教授、博士生导师,曾参与1999年和2006年的法国国家建筑师培训。国际古迹遗址理事会乡土建筑科学委员会专家委员,中国城市规划学会历史文化名城规划学术委员会副秘书长,中国城市科学研究会历史文化名城委员会学术部副主任。主要研究领域包括：世界遗产保护、城乡文化遗产保护、城市更新等。E-mail:nyshao163@163.com
Shao Yong Received Doctor diploma at 2003 from College of Architecture and Urban Planning, Tongji University, and followed the training of French State Architects and Urban Planners (AUE) in the Ecole de Chaillot and Ecole Nationale des Pons et Chaussees in France in 1999 and 2006. She is the Professor in the College of Architecture and Urban Planning of Tongji University, National Research Center of Historic Cities, Director of Urban-rural Heritage Conservation Department of Shanghai Tongji Urban Planning and Design Institute. She is the expert member of ICOMOS-ISCEAH, ICOMOS-CIAV, and National Committee of Historical and Cultural Cities Conservation of China. From 1990 to now, Dr. Shao has worked a lot for the conservation of historical cities, towns and villages, and World Cultural Heritage sites. Thereinto, Dr. Shao's project "The Water Town Conservation" achieved the World Heritage Conservation Distinct Award of Asia-Pacific region of UNESCO in 2003, and Conservation Project of World Heritage "Old Town of Lijiang" and "Ancient City of Pingyao" received the Merit Award in 2007 and in 2015. Except that, she is the author of Equilibre et Harmonie:Protection et mise en valeur du patrimoine architectural, urban et paysager en France, in charge of the edit of Urban Heritage Conservation and Research on Conservation Plan of Historical and Cultural Towns and Villages, and published many articles about urban and rural heritage conservation in professional journals. She joined several international conservation projects as an expert, including Project Asia URBS, Sino-French cooperation of architectural, urban and landscape heritage conservation, and the activities of UN-Habitat and UNESCO, etc. E-mail:nyshao163@163.com
