科技强国战略为中华民族的伟大复兴指明了方向和道路。文章结合中科院“干细胞与再生医学研究”战略性先导科技专项在执行过程中的经验，从科研规划与决策、科技管理、成果转移转化、营造科研创新环境等几个方面阐述了关于建设生命健康科技强国及其实现路径的体会，期望与广大科技工作者一起为我国未来科技强国建设作贡献。
英文摘要
The strategy of strengthening the development of science and technology in China has pointed out the direction for the great rejuvenation of the nation. In this paper, we review some important aspects that had been learned during conducting the stem cell and regenerative research of the Strategic Priority Research Program of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, including scientific planning and decision making, management of scientific project, transfer of technology, and building up innovative research environment. It is also shared the ideas on how to strengthen China's innovation and development in science and technology in life sciences and healthcare, and we hope to keep making contributions to the advancement of China's science and technology in the future.

周琪,中科院院士,中国科学院大学副校长、中科院动物所副所长、干细胞与生殖生物学国家重点实验室主任,中科院"百人计划"入选者,国家杰出青年科学基金获得者,研究员。现任国际干细胞组织主席等职务。主要从事生殖、发育、干细胞和再生医学等研究与转化工作。曾任中科院干细胞与再生医学研究战略性科技先导专项项目首席科学家,国家重大科学研究计划项目首席科学家。在干细胞领域已在《细胞》《自然》《科学》等期刊发表论文100余篇;迄今为止研究团队独立或合作的工作已经4次入选"中国科技十大进展",一项成果入选《时代周刊》评选的"十大医学突破";先后获得国家自然科学奖二等奖、发展中国家科学院生物学奖、周光召基金会青年创新奖、何梁何利基金科学与技术进步奖等多项奖励。E-mail:qzhou@ioz.ac.cn
Zhou Qi Professor at the Institute of Zoology (IOZ),Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS),a CAS Member,is currently the vice president of the University of CAS,deputy director of IOZ,director of the State Key Laboratory of Stem Cell and Reproductive Biology,and the rotating president of the International Stem Cell Forum.He is awarded the Hundred Talents Program of the CAS,a recipient of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars,and used to be a chief scientist of the"Strategic Priority Research Program"of the CAS,and a chief scientist of the China National Basic Research Program.Prof.Zhou has published over 100 research articles on top-notch academic journals,including Cell,Nature,and Science.To date,research findings by Prof.Zhou's team,independently or collaboratively,have been selected as China's Top 10 Scientific and Technological Advancements for four times,among which,one was also selected as TIME's Top 10 Medical Breakthroughs.Prof.Zhou has been awarded many prizes and honors,including the Second Class Award of State Natural Science Award of China,the TWAS Prize for Biology,the Award for Outstanding Youth in Basic Science of Zhou Guang Zhao Foundation,and the Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress of Ho Leung Ho Lee Foundation.E-mail:qzhou@ioz.ac.cn
