“一带一路”沿线遍布着丰富的农业资源和众多的农业大国。加强农业对外合作，对推动“一带一路”国家战略实施，维护“一带一路”区域乃至世界粮食安全和经济社会稳定发展意义重大。本研究针对“一带一路”农业空间格局、沿线国家与中国的农业双边贸易情况和主要沿线国家农业发展的优劣势进行了研究，并在此基础上提出中国同“一带一路”沿线国家农业合作战略，包括：实施“土地进口”战略；以海外“高科技绿色农业园区”建设为桥头堡，示范带动“一带一路”国家农业资源开发合作；成立“一带一路国家绿色农业国际合作发展联盟”全面促进“一带一路”沿线国家农业资源开发合作等。最后提出了创新农业合作模式，建设示范、保障性重点工程等对策建议。
英文摘要
The Belt and Road initiative will improve the interconnection among Asian, European and Africa, promote international trade and the optimal allocation of factors of production among the counties along the Belt and Road. There are abundant agricultural resources and many agricultural countries along the Belt and Road. Promoting agricultural international cooperation has great important significance in putting forward the Belt and Road initiative construction, ensuring food security and promoting sustainable development of the Belt and Road even all over the world. This study researched on the spatial pattern of agriculture resources, agricultural development advantages and disadvantagesof the countries along the Belt and Road andthe agricultural trade between these countries and China, and based on this, advancedsome strategies for our country in promoting agriculturalcooperation to the other countries of the Belt and Road which contains: “Land imports”, overseas “high-tech green agriculture park” construction and establish?“green agriculture international cooperation and developmentalliance of the Belt and Road initiative”. And then, we put forward somesafeguard suggestions.

Born in 1983，Doctor，an assistant professor of Institute of Geographic Sciences and Natural Resources Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Core expert of the International Scientist Union of “the Belt and Road Initiative”. He accomplished the post-doctoral research project in The School of Public Policy and Management (SPPM) of Tsinghua University in 2014. He engaged in scientific research work inResource Economics andWorld Resource Research Department.His research focuses on theories and practices on RegionalEcological Economics and Resource Economics.He has published over 20academicpapers on domestic and overseas core journals such as Ecological Modelling、Energy policy and Geographical Research etc. As one of main authors, he wrote two important consultation reports which were adopted by the General Office of the CPC Central Committee. As He presided and completed more than thirty research projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China, international cooperation, key research programs of the ministries and local governments. He also is the secretary general of resources economy research committee of China Society of natural resources and the Deputy Secretary General of the International Conference on Eco-environment and Sustainable Development of Silk Road Economy Zone. He has published more than 60 papers. He being in charge of the project of National Natural Science Foundation, special project of the national major scientific and technological, key project of the Chinese Academy of Sciences innovation subject. In addition, he has participated in and finished more than 20 research projects including national science and technology basic special project, National Natural Science Foundation Project and regional cooperation projects.
