        《中国科学院院刊》创刊于 1986 年，30 年来《院刊》始终坚持“国家使命，科学担当”的价值理念。文章对《院刊》30 年发展历程进行了回顾，1986—2005 年作为中科院的机关刊，2005 年以来定位调整为“国家科学思想库核心媒体”。文章分析了国外知名智库同时重视研究工作与传播工作，全媒体传播成为智库传播的重要手段，介绍了《院刊》从纸刊向全媒体、多品牌转型的实践和作为智库媒体的影响力。最后对《院刊》在中科院建设国家高端科技智库的背景下如何进一步做好科学思想库的传播工作进行了展望。

        Bulletin of Chinese Academy of Sciences was founded in 1986, and the journal has always adhere to the value of Science Advance National Development. The paper reviewed the jounal's 30 years history, from 1986 to 2005 BCAS aimed to communicate CAS in and abroad China, from 2005 to now the journal turned to be Core Media of National Science Think Tank. The paper analyses that all the international renowned Think Tanks attached great importance to communication, and set up their multi-media communication systems. The paper gave the practice of BCAS's transforming from paper journal to multi-media platform and its impact in and abroad China. With CAS launched the construction of National High-end Think Tank, BCAS would make further efforts to promote the communication efficiency and effect.
