        我国智库建设快速发展，为战略情报研究提供了新的发展平台，拓展了情报研究的服务对象和任务空间。通过分析科技战略情报研究工作在科技智库建设中的基础性作用，以及国家高端科技智库建设为科技战略情报研究工作带来的历史性发展机遇，文章认为中科院作为第一批国家高端智库建设试点单位之一，需进一步加强科技战略情报研究工作，在现有研究能力、条件和队伍的基础上，通过明确其战略定位、科学设计其基本架构、合理布局其任务与产品体系、创新其运行模式，打造高水平科技战略情报研究系统，助力国家高端智库建设试点，助力“率先建成国家高水平科技智库”。

        The rapid development of think tank in China offers Chinese strategic information services institutes a new platform, more top users, and task resources. Strategic science and technology information services play fundamental roles in science think tank, and it should grasp historic opportunities along with the development of National High-end Think Tank. Chinese Academy of Sciences, listed as one of National High-end Think Tank pilot, is strengthening its strategic information services system, by clarifying its mission, altering its organization, redesigning its task and production series, to make it fulfill its roles as a part of National High-end science think tank.
