         科技扶贫历程;创新模式;精准脱贫

        中科院是我国"科技扶贫"的发起者、倡导者和实践者,30多年来,在扶贫工作中创新地提出了"异地搬迁扶贫"、"异地股份制扶贫"、"技术引进扶贫"和"依托野外台站长期驻守扶贫"的发展模式,为科技扶贫促进县域经济发展开辟了新途径,做出了突出贡献。文章在全面回顾中科院科技扶贫开发历程的基础上,介绍了中科院实施精准扶贫的工作要点。

        The Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS) is the initiator, advocator, and practitioner in poverty reduction using science and technology.In 30 years of poverty reduction, CAS proposed a series of models in poverty alleviation creatively, such as "relocation house places model", "allopatry shareholding model", "technology introduction model", and "rely on field observation stations model".These have developed new ways and made great contribution to promote the regional economy in poverty counties.In this paper, based on comprehensive review of poverty reduction history carried out by CAS, we describe the main points of the implementation in accurate poverty alleviation.
