文章论述了分布式光伏发电的战略意义和技术优势,以及中国分布式光伏发电的市场状况、政策措施。中国目前的光伏市场仍是以集中式为主,到2014年分布式光伏电站仅占总累计光伏电站的17.62%。考虑到中国适合于集中发电的土地资源区域与用电地区的分布十分不均匀,因此分布式发电更适合于所发电力的消纳。为此中国政府在2014年后出台了一系列鼓励分布式发电的法规政策,各地方政府也出台了一系列的补贴配套政策,可以预测在未来中国将会掀起一个分布式光伏发电系统的建设热潮。文章还对光伏技术对于分布式发电的适用性进行了分析。
英文摘要
In this paper, we describe the strategy meaning, technology advantage, market status, and subsidy policy of distributed photovoltaic(PV) power generation. We also discuss the status and trend of PV technology and its adaptability for distributed PV system. In China, only less than 20% PV systems are distributed systems up to 2014, compared to more than 60% of distributed PV systems in the world. The scenario is resulted mainly by the policy and electrical network problems in China. From 2014 on, Chinese central and local government releases a series of subsidy policy to promote the distribute PV system installation. From the perspective of PV technology, the distributed PV system requires higher efficiency. Some other special requirements are also focused on such as higher resistivity for PID, etc.
