        文章系统综述了中国土壤环境污染状况与监管需求、国际土壤环境与污染修复研究态势和中国土壤环境与污染修复研究现状;展望了中国土壤环境与污染修复的未来研究与发展, 强调了科学认识土壤环境系统和研究农用地及建设用地土壤污染防控和修复科技的紧迫性, 提出了开展土壤污染防治与修复科技专项研究的建议, 以促进现代土壤环境科学与技术创新, 加快土壤修复产业发展。
英文摘要
        Soil pollution is closely linked with the safety of food, environment, ecosystem, as well as public health and social stabilization. Therefore, it is extremely urgent to carry out related research and development on soil environmental protection and pollution prevention, control and remediation of farmland and construction land in China. This review provides a systematic summary of the current status of soil environment pollution, its need for regulation, international trends on soil environment and pollution remediation, and current status of soil environment and pollution remediation researches in China. In addition, this review makes a prospective for the future research and development of the Chinese soil environment and pollution remediation. It especially emphasized the urgency to explore soil environment system and study the technologies on soil pollution prevention, control and remediation for farmland and construction land. Based on the above-mentioned analyses, the paper proposes a national project initiative focusing on soil pollution prevention, control and remediation, which aims to promote the innovation in soil environmental science and technology, and speed up the development of soil remediation industry.
