        与传统的双边谈判模式相比,专利拍卖具有覆盖面广、公平竞价等特点,能有效降低专利交易的时间和成本,目前已成为国际上专利交易的一种新模式,我国也已经出现专利拍卖的探索和实践。文章分析了专利拍卖在中国发展的机遇和趋势,研究了专利拍卖对于科研院所专利批量转移转化的重要意义和独有优势;同时讨论了专利拍卖在我国发展中存在的一些突出问题,并根据这些问题提出了有针对性的对策建议。

        Comparing with the traditional bilateral negotiations model, patent auction has its unique advantages such as wide coverage and fair price which can reduce patent transaction cost and time. Therefore, patent auction becomes an emerging means for technology transfer in the world and some patent auctions have already been held in China. This paper analyses the development trend of patent action in China, and points out why patent auction is a very important way for the patent transfer of universities and institutions. The paper also discusses the possible difficulties of patent auction during its growth and tries to put forward the corresponding measures.
