在中科院启动的“率先行动”计划中, 明确提出了建设科技服务网络、打造国际一
流国家科技资源公共平台 、提升服务支撑科技创新的能力。 文章从国外工程中心
的发展历程出发, 详细回顾和总结了中科院工程研究中心工作经验, 分析了现状
以及存在的问题,并从提升中科院工程化能力、加快科技成果转移转化、服务和支
撑经济社会发展出发,提出了今后中科院工程研究中心的发展建议。
英文摘要
Engineering Research Center is a scientific validation, engineering platform and base, is the birth
place of next generation technology, is the interface of fusion of scientific culture and industrial culture, and is
the bridge between research and market. Launched by CAS,“Pioneer Initiative” action plan clearly proposed
the construction of service network, to build a world-class public platform of science and technology resources,
and to enhance the ability to support scientific and technological innovation. Based on the development of foreign engineering centers, the article reviews and summarizes on our network experience in engineering research centers in detail, and analyzes the present situation and existing problem. Aiming at enhancing the capability of our engineering, speeding up the transformation and transfer of scientific and technological achievement, and serving and supporting economic and social development, the paper puts forward recommendations
for future development of our engineering centers. Through a clear positioning and overall planning, adjusting
the existing centers, establishing the interdisciplinary center with key support, promoting the centers’ construction and development, to guarantee the engineering research centers play the significant role of platform and
bridge of transformation and transfer for scientific and technological achievements.
