发展生物能源是当今世界许多国家解决能源安全问题的普遍选择， 也
是解决我国日益严峻的能源供需矛盾的重要途径之一。 巴西是世界上最发达的
生物能源生产国之一， 了解其整个生物能源产业的演化过程对于更好地借鉴其
经验教训尤为重要。 文章详细研究了巴西生物能源产业的发展过程， 并系统分
析了发展过程中的各种政策变迁。
英文摘要
Developing bioenergy is the general trend of energy security for many countries, and it is also an important approach for solving increasingly severe energy crisis in China. Brazil has become one of the biggest
bioenergy manufacturers in the world, and thus it is very essential to know the evolution of its bioenergy industrial ecosystem. The paper discusses the evolution of Brazil’ s bioenergy industrial ecosystem and systematically analyzes all the policy changes along with their development trail.
