创新驱动发展是我国在新的历史时期的国家发展战略。 影响创新驱动的因素复杂
多变。 职务发明人是创新驱动发展的原动力， 其权益保护直接关系着科技创新的成效， 决定
着创新驱动发展的步伐。 文章从创新驱动发展的视角考察我国职务发明人权益保护的状况、
存在的问题，并尝试提出完善的建议。
英文摘要
Innovation driven development is the national development strategy of our country in the new historical period. The
impact factors of innovation driven are complex. The inventor is a motive force of innovation driven development, the protection of the rights and interests directly relate to the innovation of science and technology achievements, determines the pace of
innovation driven development. This article examines the situation and existing problems, then puts forward the suggestion
about the protection of the inventor's rights and interests in our country, from the perspective of innovation driven development.
