文章介绍了中科院大连化学物理所的知识产权管理和技术转移工作，针对研究所如何完善知识产权保护和运营，促进科技成果的快速转化等方面提出了一些想法和思考，希望为科研机构的技术转移转化和知识产权管理工作提供一些有意义的借鉴。

This paper introduces intellectual property management and technology transfer of Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Focused in how to improve the protection and commercialization of the intellectual property and how to promote technology transfer quickly, perspectives and considerations are put forward. Hopefully, these achievements will be helpful for the technology transfer and the intellectual property management of research institutions.

作者简介
张涛 中科院院士,中科院大连化学物理所所长，研究员，博士生导师。1963 年出生于陕西。长期从事工业催化的研究，负责研制的新型催化剂应用于我国航天、航空、石油化工领域，3 次获国家技术发明奖二等奖。近期主要从事航天无毒推进剂催化分解技术、环保催化及催化新材料等方面的研究。发表论文300 余篇（SCI 收录）；申请发明专利100 余件（国际专利12 件，共授权65 件）。“973”项目首席科学家，国家“863”计划专题专家组副组长，中国空间科学学会常务理事、空间材料专业委员会副主任，英国皇家化学学会会士，Applied Catalysis B: Environmental，ChemPhyChem，IECR 等10 余种国内外期刊编委。
