        文章从对标准化的认识和理解出发，阐述了标准化在支撑国家社会经济发展中发挥着重要作用，提出标准化的发展必须规范强制性标准、推荐性标准和社会组织制定标准，通过市场提高企业标准，才能更好地支撑经济转型升级和政府职能转变，为企业走出去战略的实施和质量强国的建设提供保障。

        Starting from the understanding of the standardization, this paper analyzes the important role of standardization in supporting the social and economic development in China, and puts forward that the development of the standardization should specifies the mandatory standard, recommended standard, standard formed by social organizations, and pushing forward the enterprise standard through markets. The improvement of the standardization will help the transformation of economy and government function, provide support to the implementation of enterprises’going out strategy and the construction of the country with higher quality.
