文章在系统梳理了澳大利亚科学院有关科学咨询工作的定位、咨询服务对象、成果形式、组织管理模式等方面情况的基础上,分析了澳大利亚科学院咨询工作的特点,探讨了可供学习和借鉴的有益经验,并结合对有关启示的讨论提出了一些建议。
英文摘要
One of the major objectives of the Australian Academy of Science is to contribute scientific advices to government for the purposes of establishing policies.Plenty of previous advices of the Academy have been timely,well received by the government,which is instrumental in influencing policy establishment.Based on detailed studies on the advisory system of Australian Academy of Science,such as its general purpose,counseling objects,form of the outputs and management mode,this paper revealed the characteristics of the scientific consultation of the Academy.Useful experiences have been concluded and discussed,and as a result,suggestions to our relevant work are offered.
