        科学技术的发展归根结底需要优秀的人才,机构的良性发展需要不断地吸引并留住优秀人才。中国科学院是我国自然科学研究的最高学术机构,其发展状况对我国整个科研事业的发展态势有着举足轻重的作用。本文以中科院为研究对象,通过问卷调查和访谈,征询中科院各个层次的人员对所从事的研究工作以及研究环境对于科技人员的规模、结构、人才吸引和流动等方面的观点和意见,并基于此分析了中科院人力资源需求的期望格局和人才吸引方面的优势和不足。
英文摘要
        The essential element in science and technology development is the need of the excellent talented people,and the health development of the organization requires continuously attracting and retaining excellent talented people.The Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS) is the highest academic institution in natural science of China.The development status of CAS plays an utmost important role in the development trend of the whole scientific research cause in China.This paper is based on CAS as the research object.By several questionnaires for different levels of research staffs in CAS the views and opinion about the scale,structure,attractive power,and mobility are collected.The statistical analysis based on the questionnaires has found the advantages and the shortage in the respects of hoping pattern of human resources and talented people abstracting in the CAS.
