"十一五"时期是我国能源发展的一个鲜明转折期,取得了辉煌成就,也经历了重大挑战。"十二五"时期,工业化、信息化、城镇化、市场化、国际化仍将是我国经济社会发展的重要特征。在此背景下,我们对"十二五"时期我国能源供需、二氧化碳排放量,以及单位GDP能耗和单位GDP碳排放等重要能源发展指标进行了分析和预测。
英文摘要
China’s energy development experienced an obvious turning period in the 11th Five-Year Plan.It madebrilliant achievements and experienced great challenges.Industrialization,informatization,urbanization,marketization and internationalization are still the major characteristics of China’s economic and socialdevelopment.This paper has made analyses and forecasts on China’s energy development indicators in 12thFive-Year Plan period such as energy supply,demand,CO2 emission,energy intensity and CO2 emissionintensity.
