         战略研究;思考

        本文给出了战略研究和科技战略研究的定义,在分析国内外战略研究情况的基础上阐述了战略研究,特别是科技战略研究的内涵和意义,回顾了战略研究在我院改革发展历程中所起到的重要作用,研究提出了加强我院战略研究、推动全院战略研究体系建设的建议。

        This paper gives a kind of definition on strategy study and S&T strategy study.Analyze the situation and trend of strategy study at home and abroad.Describe the significance of strategy study and S&T strategy study. Review the important role which strategy study has achieved in the reform and development of CAS.Propose some suggestions on promoting strategy study and building strategy study system in CAS.
