        河西地区是甘肃乃至全国的粮仓,是甘肃农业发展基础条件最好、农业发展水平最高、农业发展贡献最大的地区。文章分析了河西地区农业发展的贡献、现状以及进一步发展的制约因素,指出河西地区农业在更高层次上的新发展必须重构发展的指导战略,即由“商品粮基地建设”转为“阳光绿色高水效农业基地建设”,文章还分析了河西阳光绿色高水效农业基地建设的优势并提出了建议。

        Hexi region is the most important grain-productive place of Gansu province, where there are the best agricultural conditions, the highest agricultural level and the greatest agricultural contributions in Gansu province. The status in quo, contributions and issues of the agricultural development in Hexi region has been analyzed in the paper. The paper has pointed out that the further development of the agriculture in Hexi region needs to reconstruct the development strategy,that is, converting from the construction of the "goods grain base" to the construction of the "sunshine, green and high water-efficient agriculture base". Sunshine, green and high water-efficient agriculture is sustainable agriculture, and is a systematic engineering of agricultural techniques. The strengths of the construction of Hexi sunshine, green and high water-efficient agriculture base has been outlined, and some recommendations has been put forwarded in the present paper.
