        在过去几年中,生物纳米材料的理论与实验研究已成为人们关注的焦点,特别是核酸与蛋白质的生化、生物物理、生物力学、热力学与电磁学特征及其智能复合材料已成为生命科学与材料科学的交叉前沿。目前,纳米生物芯片材料、仿生材料、纳米马达、纳米复合材料、界面生物材料、纳米传感器与药物传递系统等方面已取得很大进展。本文主要对这些材料的研究、开发及应用情况进行了综述,并探讨了生物纳米材料的发展前景。

        Over the last few years,bio-nano-material science has emerged as a new exciting field in which theoretical and experimental studies of bio-nano-materials have become a focus,and the importance of nucleic acids and protein as bio-nano-materials to the fundamental development in biology and nanomaterials has begun to be recognized.In particular,biochemistry,biophysics,biomechanics,thermodynamics and electronic magneticpro perties of nucleic acids and proteins as well as intelligent composite biological materials have become a new interdisciplinary frontier in life science and material science.There is an increasing need for a more systematic study of the basic issues involved in bio-nano-materials.Great advances have been made in nano-biochip materials,nanoscale biomimetic materials,nano-motor,nano-composite materials,interface biomaterials,nano-biosensor and nano-drug delivery systems.Here we review the main advances in this field and explore the application prospects.
