The article is mainly to introduce the author’s researches in "the psychological behavior of social and economic transition " for the recent years. They include organizational change and suit, selection of transformational leaders based on competence model, adaptabilty behaviors of re employed individuals,motivation mechanism, re training model,the management behavior assessment in Scientific Technical innovation and stockholder psychological behavior in stock market .Finally, the author proposed some suggestions for futher researches in "the psychological behavior of social and economic transition " in future.
