制造业是国民经济的基础和支柱,是实现高质量发展的重要支撑。全面推进制造业转型升级和创新驱动发展,具有极其重要的意义。中国已经超前完成了中国制造强国发展战略的“第一步”规划,正朝着制造强国的目标持续迈进。然而,未来中国制造强国的建设之路必将面临复杂严峻的国际环境与来自美国的严酷竞争。文章透过美国视角下对中国制造强国发展战略的评估,分析美国对中国制造发展的心理,研判提出中国制造在新的发展节点和历史节点,如何更好地应对外部挑战,推动中国制造高质量发展与制造强国建设。
英文摘要
Manufacturing is the foundation and pillar of the national economy, and a key support for achieving high-quality development. Advancing the transformation, upgrading, and innovation-driven development of the manufacturing industry is of utmost importance. At present, China has already completed the first phase of its national strategy to become a manufacturing powerhouse ahead of schedule and is steadily advancing toward that long-term goal. However, the road ahead is likely to be shaped by a complex and volatile international environment and intense strategic competition from the United States. This study evaluates China’s strategy to become a manufacturing powerhouse from the perspective of U.S. policy and public discourse, analyzing the underlying American perceptions and strategic anxieties. Based on the analysis, it further proposes how China, at a new stage in its industrial development, can effectively respond to external challenges and advance the high-quality development of its manufacturing sector in pursuit of its long-term national goals.
