        文章全面介绍了太空活动所需时空基准的基本内涵和相互关联,概述了国内外在时间系统、天球参考架、行星历表、脉冲星计时等时空基准方面的发展现状,分析了我国与国外在发展太空活动相关时空基准方面的差距和原因,在此基础上提出了发展思路和建议。
英文摘要
        In this paper, the connotation of space-time reference and its relationship with space activities are described comprehensively. Time system, celestial reference frame, planetary ephemeris and pulsar timing are outlined. The gap between China and abroad development on space-time reference and its causes are analyzed. At the end, some suggestions for future development in China are proposed.
