        在认知、探索海洋的过程中,水下观测和探测装备是海洋进入、海洋探测的必备设施,为海洋资源的开发与利用提供着技术保障,是我国实施海洋战略、建设海洋强国的重要抓手。然而,受限于当前能源供给水平,水下装备存在作业能力单一、单次续航时间短等问题,不能满足复杂工况下长期运行的需求。随着世界各国海洋资源开发与海疆防卫日趋白热化,“透明海洋”工程和海底工厂建设迫切需要建造智能化水下装备集群,亟须高能量密度、高安全、高可靠、长寿命的能源动力支撑。因此,我们要创新水下能源供给模式,构建“发、储、输、用”多能互补的强大的水下能源基站,攻克水下能源供给技术瓶颈,为智能化、集群化水下装备提供充足的能源动力,以更好地助力我国海洋强国建设。
英文摘要
        In the process of cognition and exploration of the ocean, underwater observation and detection equipment is the necessary facility to enter and detect the ocean. These types of equipment provide technical support for the development and utilization of marine resources and is an important grip for the implementation of China's marine strategy and the construction of a strong marine country. However, limited by the current level of energy supply, the underwater equipment has problems such as single operation capacity and short single endurance time, which cannot meet the needs of long-term operation under complex working conditions. As the development of marine resources and the defense of sea frontiers in various countries in the world are becoming more and more intense, the construction of transparent marine engineering and submarine factories urgently need to build intelligent underwater equipment clusters, and urgently need energy and power support with high energy density, high safety, high reliability, and long life. Therefore, we need to innovate the underwater energy supply model, build a powerful underwater energy base station with multiple complementary functions of "generating, storing, transmitting, and using", and overcome the technical bottleneck of underwater energy supply, Providing sufficient energy and power for intelligent and clustered underwater equipment to better assist the construction of China's marine capability.

JIANG Lixia Associate Professor of Bureau of Major R&D Programs, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). In 2000, she received her Ph.D. from Institute of Engineering Thermophysics. Her major fields focus on thermophysics, power engineering and control, clean energy utilization, and the development strategy of crossing section of ocean and energy technology. Nearly 40 papers about academic and management were published in authoritative journals, and more than 30 research reports along with more than 100 management reports were accomplished, 1 provincial/ministerial award was achieved.

CUI Guanglei Professor and Doctoral Supervisor of Qingdao Institute of Bioenergy and Processes, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). He is the leading scientist of the National Key R&D Program (high energy density solid state lithium batteries technology) and the State Council special allowance expert, He was awarded the Taishan Scholar of Shandong Province in 2015, the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars in 2016, Young and Middle-aged Leading Scientists, Engineers and Innovators in 2018, Ten Thousand Talent Program in 2019. His research focuses on the key materials and systems of high energy solid-state battery, special energy supply technology in deep sea, solid-state photoelectric converter, etc. In recent years, he has mainly undertaken a number of major projects sponsored by the National Key R&D Program of China, the Strategic Priority Research Program of the CAS, the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and so on. He has won the first prize of Natural Science in Shandong Province and the first prize of Natural Science in Qingdao.
